By nature dogs are very sociable creatures, so Doggy Daycare is a great way for them to make friends, keep active, and reduce anxiety and boredom. 

Our Doggy Daycare welcomes all friendly pooches to come along and enjoy the fun.  The Assessment Day is conducted on your pets first day of stay.  It allows us to make sure that your pooch has the correct temperament for a daycare setting, and that they will be happy when they come to stay.

DOGGY DAYCARE REQUIREMENTS & RULES

1. All pooches are required to have their up to date C5 vaccinations.  A copy of their vaccination certificate can be handed into our friendly reception on their first day of stay.

2. You must book prior to pooches stay with our friendly reception on (02) 4367 1200.

3. It is recommended that your pooch have a Flea and Tick treatment of either Advantix or Frontline Plus every two weeks to protect them from paralysis ticks, and to assure the nasty fleas stay away.  No pooch found to have fleas will be accepted into daycare.

4. All daycare pooches must be friendly and easy to handle by our staff.

Any potentially aggressive dogs (dogs which have shown aggression in the past or present) are not allowed to attend daycare, but please speak to reception for a special daily boarding price if you require them to stay for the day.

If you believe your dog is too timid for daycare, please let our staff know so that we can organise a special daily boarding option, and also so we can speak to our trainers to see if there is an option for preparing them for a daycare setting.

5. We welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes, but unfortunately we must limit our positions for certain larger dog breeds, so get in quick to secure your place.

6. Lastly, we must take into consideration the health and well being of all our guests.  If your dog has been unwell or has any health concerns, please keep them home from daycare until they are well.

Please note that a late fee applies for any dogs picked up later than 7.00pm.  Every 5 minutes past this time will incur a $5.00 late fee.  If you are unable to pick up your dog by this time, please call reception prior to 5.00pm so that alternative arrangements can be made.
